Description

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats while resolving concerns with accurate, empathetic support.
  • Guide customers through replacement orders, identify root causes, and provide real-time solutions.
  • Triage incoming requests, distinguish internal errors from customer-driven changes, and document cases accurately.
  • Review, proofread, and edit Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to diagnose print issues.
  • Coordinate transitions between general customer support and the Print Quality queue.
  • Record detailed technical information in Salesforce to track recurring print and design issues.
  • Prepare complete replacement-order documentation for the Processing Team.
  • Support general customer service operations during peak seasonal periods.

Requirements

  • Reside in one of the eligible states listed in the posting.
  • Availability for a remote seasonal role from September through December 2026.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro or comparable software; Lightroom is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including live customer interaction.
  • Strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting abilities for complex print and design issues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team and receive feedback.
  • Availability to work a schedule including at least one weekend day.

Benefits
