Description

  • Respond to Tier 1 calls and emails regarding online banking access, login assistance, digital applications, and account inquiries.
  • Provide basic technical troubleshooting for mobile and online banking platforms.
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications with timely, solution-oriented support.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and conduct outreach to support deposit growth and non-interest income.
  • Assist with new consumer deposit account openings and customer profile setup.
  • Support marketing campaigns and digital banking initiatives that increase adoption and engagement.
  • Document customer interactions and call records accurately in the CRM system.
  • Verify digital onboarding information for compliance with bank policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor performance metrics including First Call Resolution, Customer Satisfaction, and Cross-Sell Conversion Rate.
  • Identify suspicious activity, follow regulatory requirements, and promote the bank’s sustainability mission.

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in a client-centric, high-volume role, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrated achievement of business growth goals and financial targets.
  • Strong customer service, communication, relationship-building, influencing, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, note-taking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial products, services, applicable regulations, and laws, or willingness to obtain that knowledge promptly.
  • Consultative sales and overall business acumen.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and use digital tools to improve efficiency.
  • Dependable team player who contributes positively and supports colleagues.
  • U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available. Remote work requires Eastern Standard Hours, and occasional U.S. travel may be required.
