Description

  • Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media inquiries with ownership and warmth.
  • Resolve customized product questions, fulfillment challenges, and complex customer concerns.
  • Use internal knowledge bases to research answers and provide personalized solutions.
  • Navigate multiple systems to review orders, design files, inventory, and order modifications.
  • Document interactions accurately in Salesforce or other CRM platforms while following data policies.
  • Identify operational errors and platform friction, and share improvement insights with leadership.
  • Manage availability and productivity through effective time management and proactive communication.
  • Participate in supervisor one-on-ones and camera-on team huddles to discuss resolutions and workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Must reside in an eligible state: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience serving high-end customers and independently resolving complex issues.
  • Experience handling inbound contact volume and working with contact queues.
  • Experience with design-related work or fulfillment, such as photo printing and design files.
  • Excellent written communication skills for creating structured, personalized responses.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to continuously context-switch across systems.
  • Experience with omni-channel CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk; ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work a set schedule including evenings and weekends; design or technical experience is preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote seasonal position running from September through December 2026.
  • Hourly pay of $19.19 in listed Geo 2 metropolitan areas or $17.62 in other eligible locations.
  • Set schedule within Minted’s seven-day operating hours.
