Description

  • Handle customer interactions by phone, email, live chat, and social media with warmth and ownership.
  • Resolve custom product questions, fulfillment issues, and complex customer concerns without relying on a rigid script.
  • Use internal knowledge bases and documentation to answer customer questions and support service decisions.
  • Navigate multiple systems at once to review orders, custom design files, inventory, and order changes.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in Salesforce or other CRM platforms while following data policies.
  • Identify operational issues and share feedback with Customer Service leadership to improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain strong quality, time management, and proactive communication while working within a set schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • Must reside in one of the following states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
  • This is a remote seasonal role starting in September and ending in December 2026.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience serving high-end customers and fully owning customer problems through research and creative problem-solving.
  • Experience handling high inbound contact volume and working within contact queues.
  • Experience with design-related work or fulfillment, such as photo printing or design files.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write structured, custom, professional responses.
  • High attention to detail and strong organization when switching between multiple tabs and platforms.
  • Experience using omni-channel CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk, with the ability to learn new or unfamiliar technologies quickly.
  • Comfort with fast-paced e-commerce or customer-facing app support, especially roles requiring empathy, research, and unscripted problem-solving (preferred).
