Description

  • Review, refine, and elevate AI-generated content drafts to ensure clarity, accuracy, brand voice consistency, and alignment with campaign goals.
  • Continuously improve AI prompting frameworks and editorial workflows to increase content quality, speed, and scalability.
  • Optimize content with structured data, technical signals, and E-E-A-T principles to improve discoverability and citation in AI-generated answers.
  • Define and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to increase Mindtickle’s visibility across AI search and answer engines.
  • Develop and execute a founder-led thought leadership strategy across B2B platforms such as LinkedIn and Reddit.
  • Create research-backed content assets including LinkedIn posts, blogs, state-of reports, and whitepapers in collaboration with subject matter experts and internal thought leaders.
  • Write conversion-oriented copy for ads, email, landing pages, website experiences, and other short-form channel formats.
  • Translate core messaging into channel-native content that drives engagement and performance across platforms.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Campaign, and Product teams to simplify complex platform capabilities into clear messaging across the buyer journey.
  • Define content KPIs, track performance using analytics tools, and use insights to refine strategy and improve ROI.
  • Mentor agency partners to maintain high creative and editorial standards.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company is preferred.
  • Experience in Sales Enablement, HR Tech, or AI is a plus.
  • Proven ability to move from strategic planning to hands-on tactical execution.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex B2B concepts for executive and practitioner audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven, collaborative, and highly organized mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities.
  • Experience using data and analytics tools to measure content performance is required.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn and Reddit for thought leadership is preferred.
