Description

  • Entwickle aus Kundenanforderungen ganzheitliche End-to-End-Lösungsarchitekturen im Salesforce-Umfeld.
  • Übernimm die Steuerung von Projekten von der ersten Idee bis zum Abschluss der Hypercare-Phase.
  • Konzipiere und moderiere Workshops und Trainings mit Mehrwert für den Kunden.
  • Übernehme fachliche Führung im Projekt und fördere den Wissenstransfer im Team.
  • Entwickle Junior Consultants weiter und begleite ihre fachliche Entwicklung.
  • Verknüpfe fachliche und technische Perspektiven, um nachhaltige Projektergebnisse zu sichern.

Requirements

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Projekterfahrung als Salesforce Consultant mit bereits vorhandener Projektverantwortung in der Solution-Architect-Rolle.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ oder einer Industry Cloud.
  • Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering und Testmanagement.
  • Die Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen souverän umzusetzen.
  • Erfahrung in der Salesforce-Beratung und der Wunsch nach mehr Verantwortung in der Lösungsarchitektur.
