Description

  • Create functional black-box tests for large codebases across multiple source languages.
  • Build and manage Docker environments for fully reproducible builds and test execution across platforms.
  • Monitor code coverage and configure automated scoring criteria to meet benchmark-level standards.
  • Use LLM tools such as Roo Code and Claude Code to speed up development, automate repetitive work, and improve code quality.
  • Translate requirements for migration tasks while working across codebases in languages such as C, Rust, and Go.
  • Debug and validate code inside Linux and containerized environments.
  • Support iterative development by generating and refining test cases with AI-assisted tooling.
  • Work within a project-based AI evaluation workflow rather than a permanent employment setting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, primarily in Python.
  • Deep experience with pytest, including fixtures, session-scoped setup, and timeouts.
  • Experience designing black-box functional tests for CLI tools.
  • Expert-level Docker skills, including reproducible Dockerfiles, user contexts, and secure workspaces.
  • Strong Linux and Bash scripting skills, with comfort debugging inside containers.
  • Proficiency with modern Python tooling such as uv, pyproject.toml, and packaging.
  • Ability to read and understand code in languages such as C, C++, Rust, or Go with LLM assistance.
  • Experience using LLM tools such as Claude Code, Roo Code, or Cursor to accelerate development and test generation.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Prior experience with agent evaluation platforms and MCP CLI tools is a plus.
