Description

  • Build realistic developer environments with codebases, infrastructure, and supporting context such as tickets, docs, and conversations.
  • Design tasks that pair a benign development goal with an unsafe or out-of-scope shortcut.
  • Write tests that verify whether an AI agent completed the task the right way, not just whether the output is correct.
  • Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
  • Iterate on evaluation scenarios until the tests are fair, robust, and able to catch unsafe completion paths.
  • Work within project-based assignments rather than permanent employment.
  • Submit tasks by the deadline and meet the listed acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate through the platform’s workflow from qualification to project completion.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong test design skills, including functional and integration tests.
  • Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, Codex, or similar.
  • Familiarity with GitHub PRs and CI workflows as a user.
  • Broader backend and infrastructure exposure is useful, including databases, CI pipelines, and deploy scripts.
  • Cybersecurity experience is nice to have but not required.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
