Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, drafts, or prompts.
  • Translate brand assets and social visuals into responsive web layouts, structured components, and developer- or no-code-ready sections.
  • Organize Figma files, export assets, and document specifications for smooth production handoff.
  • Maintain visual consistency across web pages, PDFs, social materials, pitch decks, and the broader brand ecosystem.
  • Review designs for responsiveness, spacing, clarity, usability, and alignment with modern web standards before delivery.
  • Own the visual direction and consistency of web-based materials for the Tendem project.
  • Work independently to troubleshoot issues and deliver production-ready assets efficiently.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications preferred.
  • Strong portfolio focused on landing pages, marketing websites, product or startup one-pagers, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma, including responsive layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
  • Expertise in conversion-driven landing page and marketing layout design.
  • Experience preparing and packaging assets for developer or no-code implementation, including Webflow or Framer.
  • Ability to extend brand aesthetics consistently across web, social, PDF, and pitch deck materials.
  • User-centric, conversion-minded approach with strong attention to clarity, white space, and modern web trends.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver production-ready work quickly.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field preferred; CV must include a relevant portfolio link.
