Description

  • Create website and e-commerce concepts for WordPress and WooCommerce, including templates, product pages, checkout flows, and landing pages.
  • Prepare responsive, well-structured, developer-ready Figma files and support developers during implementation.
  • Design on-brand Facebook and Google ad creatives, including motion-lite and testing variations.
  • Design email campaigns, content marketing graphics, social assets, and internal marketing materials.
  • Translate analytics, heatmaps, tracking data, and test results into conversion-focused design decisions.
  • Apply client feedback and communicate design concepts to team members and clients through written, verbal, and visual presentations.
  • Advise Account Managers on brand-aligned design ideas, improvements, and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with account management, development, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver work on time.
  • Maintain high design standards, meet client targets, and contribute to design training and best-practice initiatives.
  • Support internal design requests and complete additional projects assigned by the Design Lead.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional design or comparable agency experience.
  • Established portfolio demonstrating effective, elevated, and on-brand website, e-commerce, advertising, and email work.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrable experience designing websites and online stores that were built and launched, preferably with WordPress or WooCommerce.
  • Experience creating paid social, paid search, email marketing, and UGC video-editing assets.
  • Strong typography, visual design, aesthetic judgment, and ability to maintain consistent brand styles across clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • High accountability, responsiveness, attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to meet deadlines and act quickly on urgent requests.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; Slovenian, Croatian, or Serbian is a plus.
  • Comfort working remotely during Central European Monday–Friday office hours, with stable internet, suitable computer equipment, and video-conferencing availability.
  • Familiarity with Elementor or another page builder, basic HTML/CSS, Klaviyo or Mailchimp, and motion or short-form video editing is preferred.
  • Experience with Slack, project-management and time-tracking tools, Google Workspace, and remote or international teams is preferred.
