Description

  • Conceptualize and create professional hospitality websites using Cloudbeds’ in-house website builder.
  • Manage multiple website onboarding projects, timelines, records, and task-management systems.
  • Communicate with customers through video calls, email, and voice calls.
  • Assist with website service scoping and questions from prospective customers.
  • Investigate website errors, provide support, and recommend service improvements.
  • Coordinate internal escalations and collaborate with teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Onboard customers and publish quality websites according to standard procedures.
  • Create branded visual elements using graphic design tools.
  • Research and develop website content efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints, manage deadlines, and contribute to website service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of website design and development experience preferred.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva preferred.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Duda preferred.
  • Background in customer service or professional services onboarding.
  • Fluent English; English and Spanish fluency preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
  • Creative mindset, keen eye for design, and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organization, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
  • Reliable internet/Wi-Fi connection and availability for the 7:00 AM–4:00 PM UTC shift.
