Description

  • Design realistic supply chain disruption scenarios grounded in manufacturing and procurement contexts.
  • Define expected outcomes and appropriate mitigation strategies for each scenario.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses and recommendations for accuracy, completeness, and business relevance.
  • Assess AI outputs within ERP environments such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Coupa, Jaggaer, and Ariba (SAP).
  • Contribute to structured data creation and validation tasks following defined guidelines and frameworks.
  • Apply real-world business logic to judge the quality of procurement and supply chain recommendations.
  • Collaborate through a project-based workflow that includes qualification, task completion, and payment milestones.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of procurement workflows, including purchase orders, vendor management, inventory, and production planning.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven ability to design and reason through supply chain disruption scenarios and mitigation approaches.
  • Solid understanding of disruption types such as delays, shortages, quality issues, and logistics challenges.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and transportation/logistics management.
  • Familiarity with BOM structures and production planning processes.
  • Experience with supplier performance metrics such as OTIF, lead times, and quality scores.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess AI outputs against real-world business logic.
  • Experience with data validation, structured data entry, or annotation tasks.
  • Clear written communication in English.
