Description

Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored to specific audiences.
Translate complex data and narratives into clear visual storytelling with strong visual hierarchy.
Create polished slide layouts that emphasize minimalism, precision, and persuasive communication.
Enhance presentations with custom fonts, elegant animations, and consistent visual styling.
Maintain premium corporate-meets-creative design standards across all deliverables.
Validate visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.
Collaborate with Tendem Agents by handling the creative and critical-thinking aspects of presentation work.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative field is a plus.
Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation software for building complex, dynamic, and animated decks.
Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, or Figma.
Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
Advanced typography and animation skills for premium deliverables.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above is required.
Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative layouts.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual perfection.
A CV with a portfolio link featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization is required.
