Description

Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for the healthcare job platform.
Conduct user research and translate findings into user-centered design solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Improve key experiences across job search, applications, employer registration, job posting, candidate profiles, messaging, onboarding, and dashboards.
Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Maintain and evolve the design system and UI component library.
Collaborate with marketing to improve landing pages and conversion rates.
Use analytics and user feedback to optimize usability and engagement.
Stay current on UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
A strong portfolio showcasing modern web application or SaaS design.
Expert proficiency with Figma.
Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
Experience collaborating with developers in Agile environments.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience designing job boards, recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), talent marketplaces, or other two-sided marketplaces (preferred).
Experience with healthcare, HR technology, staffing, or recruiting software (preferred).
Familiarity with design handoff tools and developer workflows (preferred).
Understanding of user behavior analytics tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or Google Analytics (preferred).
Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages and registration funnels (preferred).
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (preferred).
Experience improving user engagement and conversion rates through UX optimization (nice to have).
Familiarity with AI-powered product features and conversational interfaces (nice to have).
Experience designing for enterprise or B2B SaaS applications (nice to have).
Knowledge of SEO-friendly UX and information architecture (nice to have).
