Description

Develop designs from initial concepts and wireframes through pixel-perfect final deliverables.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to shape a range of digital experiences.
Partner with the Studio team, product management, and stakeholders on launches, new initiatives, and site enhancements.
Champion mobile-first, user-centered design principles across digital products.
Design experiences for global audiences, including localization and translation considerations.
Present design concepts and explain design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Contribute to and help evolve the design system.
Collaborate with the Brand team and other product design teams to maintain cohesive brand integration.
Work with the research team to understand user needs and validate design decisions before and after development.
Create interactive prototypes and micro-animations that communicate design intent and improve engagement.
Partner with developers to deliver polished, seamless experiences.
Analyze current UX patterns and competitive design landscapes.
Stay current with UX best practices and design trends.
Mentor junior team members and help raise the quality of design output.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience designing large-scale, high-visibility websites.
Strong background in digital design and marketing, preferably with experience in marketing or communications.
A hybrid skill set combining visual design and UX expertise.
Experience designing for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
Experience presenting ideas and design solutions to senior leadership.
Experience working in fast-paced, iterative design environments.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong craftsmanship.
A strong portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful, and inspiring design work.
Advanced English level is required to work with US clients.
