Description

  • Create consulting project scenarios based on real engagement dynamics, including industry context, financials, constraints, conflicting inputs, and incomplete information.
  • Design structured AI-agent tasks covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, and related consulting work.
  • Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden-answer solutions for consulting tasks.
  • Help train and calibrate an LLM-based grading system that evaluates AI outputs at scale.
  • Translate real-world consulting experience into end-to-end examples covering problem structuring, analysis, synthesis, and recommendations.
  • Work independently in a remote, project-based individual-contributor role.
  • Submit completed tasks by deadlines and according to specified acceptance criteria.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
  • Hands-on experience structuring ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
  • Experience building financial models, conducting market analyses, or synthesizing messy inputs.
  • Experience producing client-ready deliverables under time pressure.
  • Ability to form and defend recommendations under uncertainty.
  • Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking.
  • Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables.
  • High attention to logical consistency and output quality.
  • Independent, self-directed working style.
  • Clear written English at B2+ level; no deep technical background required.
