Description

  • Design and evaluate fee inquiry and statement clarification scenarios.
  • Create autopay and payment setup scenarios with deliberate edge cases and traps.
  • Build card replacement and fraud claim scenarios that test intake, urgency, and dispute handoff handling.
  • Author account closure scenarios that test retention-offer logic and eligibility checks.
  • Grade responses for factual accuracy, conversational tone, empathy, and clarity.
  • Assess whether issues fall within customer service scope and apply the correct policy or fee schedule.
  • Work through project-based tasks during active phases, estimated at 10–20 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Submit a CV in English and indicate your level of English proficiency.
  • 2+ years of customer service, banking, retail, or financial services experience.
  • Current or recent experience in customer service and support, banking and financial roles, or adjacent roles.
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written English proficiency at C1 level or above.
  • Ability to read fee schedules or policy documents and apply the correct rule to a specific situation.
  • Clear judgment about what is and is not within servicing scope.
  • Background as a QA analyst, call-center trainer, or conversation designer is a strong plus.
  • Open to part-time, non-permanent, project-based work.
