Description

  • Design and evaluate fee inquiry and statement clarification scenarios.
  • Create autopay and payment setup scenarios with deliberate error conditions.
  • Build card replacement and fraud claim scenarios that test escalation and handoff logic.
  • Author account closure scenarios that test retention-offer eligibility and transaction checks.
  • Grade responses for factual accuracy and conversational tone.
  • Assess empathy, channel-appropriate communication, and clarity under pressure.
  • Identify whether a situation is within customer service scope and which policy or fee rule applies.
  • Complete project tasks during active project periods, typically 10–20 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Please submit your CV in English and indicate your level of English proficiency.
  • 2+ years of customer service, banking, retail, or financial services experience.
  • Current or recent experience in customer service and support, banking and financial roles, or adjacent roles.
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written English at C1+ level.
  • Ability to read fee schedules or policy documents and apply the correct rule to a situation.
  • Clear routing judgment about what is and is not within servicing scope.
  • QA analyst, call-center trainer, or conversation designer background is a strong plus.
  • Open to part-time, project-based, non-permanent work.
