Description

  • Collaborate with software engineers to define, implement, and improve test strategies for web applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain test plans and test cases for UI and end-to-end testing.
  • Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright.
  • Execute automated and manual tests to validate web application quality.
  • Perform cross-browser and responsive testing across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira.
  • Set up, manage, and maintain test environments that mirror production as closely as possible.
  • Promote quality assurance best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Help recruit and mentor engineers for the growing Vietnam team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering roles, with a strong focus on web and e-commerce projects.
  • Solid experience in test automation using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright (preferred), Selenium, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of software testing and development lifecycles.
  • Experience testing web applications, preferably in e-commerce environments.
  • Knowledge of APIs (REST/GraphQL) and ability to validate responses using tools like Postman.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
  • Good communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
