Description

  • Develop large-scale distributed machine learning systems that are scalable, performant, efficient, and reliable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate machine learning models.
  • Liaise with business units to understand their machine learning needs and support the cross-BU ML portfolio.
  • Optimize feature extraction, transformation, and selection for ML workflows.
  • Work with and manage feature stores for reuse across machine learning pipelines.
  • Ensure the machine learning platform is scalable, reliable, cost-efficient, and easy to use.
  • Contribute to evaluating and adopting new technologies and tools to improve machine learning capabilities.
  • Partner closely with the ML Architect on ML frameworks and experimentation platform development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
  • Strong experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, survival analysis, time series modeling, and statistical forecasting.
  • Experience building predictive models such as churn, user journey, and sales forecasting models using behavioral data.
  • Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Experience with model training, versioning, and monitoring.
  • Solid background in MLOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, SageMaker, MLflow, model observability tools, and feature stores.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect model outcomes to product and strategic goals.
