Description

  • Design and implement robust, scalable backend solutions using Kotlin or Java.
  • Take ownership of the technical aspects of development.
  • Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Work closely with the team in an Agile and collaborative environment.
  • Build high-quality software systems that support client products.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Strong backend engineering background with Kotlin or Java, and willingness to learn Kotlin.
  • Familiarity with Micronaut or similar frameworks such as Spring Boot.
  • Experience working in identity teams covering authentication, authorisation, and SSO/OAuth.
  • Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, or ForgeRock is a plus.
  • Knowledge of identity and security standards such as OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML, and MFA is preferred.
  • Cloud platform experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
