Description

  • Monitor and interpret Canadian gambling regulations, including AGCO and iGaming Ontario requirements.
  • Review and approve marketing campaigns, promotions, and player communications for compliance.
  • Support responsible gambling and player protection initiatives.
  • Assist with AML and financial crime compliance processes.
  • Review product features and player journeys for regulatory impact.
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and reporting obligations.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, controls, and governance tracking.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to embed compliance by design.
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory risks across operational processes.
  • Provide pragmatic compliance guidance to stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

  • Experience working within regulated iGaming or betting environments.
  • Understanding of Canadian gambling regulations, particularly Ontario requirements.
  • Experience reviewing gambling marketing and promotions from a compliance perspective.
  • Understanding of responsible gambling and player protection principles.
  • Exposure to AML and financial crime compliance processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured problem solving.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
