Description

  • Own end-to-end performance for existing categories, from category growth to product-level optimization with a focus on the Store.
  • Scale existing products through pricing, bundling, promotion, and positioning.
  • Lead pricing and promotion strategy using a test-and-learn approach.
  • Drive merchandising across site, lifecycle, async Rx, and Shopify.
  • Partner on new product go-to-market plans to support strong post-launch commercial performance.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities across the full funnel, from ads to site to email.
  • Improve conversion, average order value, attach rate, and repeat purchase across categories.
  • Drive cross-sell opportunities across Care, Rx, and Supplements.
  • Optimize category growth through better content and conversion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define and scale durable growth engines for Midi.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Category Management, CPG, Ecommerce, or DTC growth.
  • Proven track record owning pricing, promotions, and revenue growth.
  • Strong instincts for portfolio optimization, not just product launches.
  • Ability to zoom out to category strategy and zoom in to executional detail.
  • Analytical, scrappy, and highly accountable approach to work.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship needs.
  • Experience driving growth in a Store, ecommerce, or similar commerce environment (preferred).
  • Experience with category-level and product-level performance management (preferred).
  • Experience partnering on product launches and post-launch commercial performance (preferred).

Benefits

  • Salary range of $180,000–$225,000 annually.
  • Additional compensation eligibility, including equity.
  • Benefits included as part of total compensation package.
