Description

  • Provide VTC administration, including troubleshooting malfunctioning systems and supporting active communications environments.
  • Design, configure, program, and install new VTC systems.
  • Conduct yearly inventory management to ensure all VTC assets are tracked across regional field offices.
  • Perform room surveys and develop complete system designs, including SOWs, BOMs, system design drawings, and cable pull lists.
  • Install full AV/VTC systems, including equipment inventory, component installation, cable runs, wiring, and room preparation.
  • Administer VTC systems by setting up meetings, configuring secure communications, and supporting end users.

Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • 2–4 years of experience in AV/VTC systems engineering, integration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with VTC programming and device configuration.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct room surveys and develop complete system designs, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), system design drawings, and cable pull lists.
  • Experience with full AV/VTC system installation, including equipment inventory, component installation, cable runs, wiring, and room preparation.
  • Ability to administer VTC systems, including meeting setup, secure communications configuration, and end-user support.
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
