Description

  • Translate operational needs into integrated combat system solutions within technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Collaborate across stakeholders to support a common, extensible architecture.
  • Evaluate multi-domain combat system performance and analyze system behavior.
  • Administer system networks and user accounts, including DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SSH, SNMP, VLANs, firewalls, load balancers, and IP address management (IPAM).
  • Work in DevSecOps environments, preferably using GitLab, with responsibility for containerization, compliance, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Replicate production-like environments to identify and resolve issues or stage upgrades.
  • Develop troubleshooting guides and end-user documentation.
  • Mentor team members and support customer troubleshooting needs.
  • Establish and maintain customer trust and confidence through active directory knowledge and support.
  • Deliver technical documentation and briefings to inform leadership and sponsor decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Certification meeting DoD 8140 requirements, such as Security+, CCNA Security, GSEC, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SSH, SNMP, VLANs, firewalls, load balancers, and IPAM.
  • Experience in DevSecOps environments, preferably using GitLab.
  • Experience with containerization, compliance, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Experience replicating production-like environments for troubleshooting or upgrades.
  • Ability to work in compliance with U.S. employment eligibility verification requirements.
