Description

  • Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and future evolution of the portfolio.
  • Guide the design and modernization of enterprise cloud, DevSecOps, platform, AI/ML, and Zero Trust capabilities.
  • Work with Product Management, Technical Leads, and government stakeholders to shape roadmaps and make architectural decisions.
  • Mentor engineering leaders and guide senior technical teams to deliver scalable, resilient solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted technical partner to customer leadership and advise on innovation opportunities.
  • Improve platform health, reliability, operational workflows, and delivery innovation across the portfolio.
  • Identify technical bottlenecks and architect scalable solutions that improve mission efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the translation of complex requirements into phased architectural milestones and roadmap deliverables.
  • Support technical solutioning, capture activities, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Solution Architect or in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale architecture, platform engineering, or modernization initiatives.
  • Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, platform services, AI/ML, or Zero Trust solutions at scale.
  • Experience operating across multiple classification domains, including IL5 to IL6+, simultaneously.
  • Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and influence technical direction across a product portfolio.
  • Experience producing architecture artifacts such as integration diagrams, operational views, and DoDAF-aligned documentation.
  • Strong leadership experience mentoring senior engineers, technical leads, and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience partnering with Product Management and executive stakeholders on strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Experience working in Agile and SAFe environments, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.

  • Salary range of $250,000 to $375,000.
