Description

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and implement automated technical solutions across multiple classified environments.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to address complex technical requirements.
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting efforts by analyzing Linux system and application logs.
  • Perform root cause analysis for complex issues and develop mitigation strategies for service degradation.
  • Provide security guidance on secure coding practices, STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, and ATO support.
  • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain technical documentation and promote best practices across the team.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
  • Certification meeting DoD 8140/8570 requirements, such as CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience as a DevSecOps/DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and managing production-grade Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters.
  • Experience automating infrastructure with Ansible and Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience working in both on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Strong Linux experience and understanding.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and with containerization.
  • Experience with Helm chart development and STIGs, highly preferred.
