Description

  • Lead and contribute to a DevOps/SRE team focused on observability and developer experience.
  • Help define the roadmap and vision for observability and developer productivity.
  • Design, implement, and operate monitoring and logging infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Establish best practices for infrastructure management, incident response, and post-mortems.
  • Contribute to defining and implementing AI tooling and standards across the company.
  • Stay hands-on technically while mentoring and influencing other engineers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Experience leading or mentoring other engineers.
  • Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
  • Familiarity with SRE principles.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code practices.
  • Knowledge of AWS and/or GCP.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and scalable systems.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across development, QA, and product teams.
  • Previous software engineering experience is preferred.
  • Experience leading DevOps/SRE transformations or implementing reliability engineering practices at scale is preferred.
