Description

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize identity management systems and federation solutions in a mission-critical environment.
  • Ensure secure access, compliance, and automation across enterprise systems.
  • Support the design, deployment, and maintenance of identity management and access systems, including remote monitoring and management capabilities.
  • Build and maintain customer trust through strong Active Directory knowledge and support.
  • Troubleshoot identity and access issues and provide practical solutions aligned to customer needs.
  • Support day-to-day IAM operations using industry-standard tools.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance scanning tools to protect operational integrity.
  • Develop and support automation and orchestration processes for IAM services.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with current or previously held SCI access.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience in place of the degree.
  • 5 years of relevant experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Experience configuring, implementing, and maintaining identity management platforms and federation solutions such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Ability to perform day-to-day support activities using industry-standard IAM tools.
  • Experience monitoring and maintaining compliance scanning tools.
  • Experience developing and supporting automation and orchestration processes for IAM services.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for identity-related issues in high-availability environments.
  • Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and access control principles.
  • This role is designated as essential personnel and may require work during government shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations.

  • Salary range of $147,000 to $171,000.
