Description

  • Collaborate with software architects and development teams to define infrastructure requirements and platform solutions.
  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket.
  • Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Conduct proof of concepts to evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and availability across environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, deployment, and application issues.
  • Integrate security best practices into architecture and deployment processes.
  • Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a DevOps Engineer focused on platform architecture and scalable infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, Bash, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience performing proof of concepts and evaluating new tools and technologies.
  • Security-focused mindset with experience securing cloud-based and on-premise environments.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or other relevant cloud/DevOps certifications are preferred.
  • Previous experience in software development or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is a plus.
  • Experience designing or contributing to platform-level architecture and infrastructure strategies is preferred.
