Description

  • Design, deploy, and maintain databases supporting security platforms and analytics systems.
  • Optimize database performance for high-volume log ingestion and querying.
  • Support migration of security data from shared systems into enclave-specific databases.
  • Implement backup, recovery, and data integrity processes in classified environments.
  • Enforce database security controls, including encryption and access management.
  • Collaborate with SIEM teams to ensure proper data ingestion, normalization, and retention.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience as a database engineer.
  • Strong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Elasticsearch.
  • Experience supporting large-scale data environments, including log aggregation, telemetry, or event data.
  • Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization.
  • Experience implementing encryption at rest and in transit.
  • Understanding of data retention policies and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Linux-based database environments.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $138,000 to $162,000.
