Description

  • Research, analyze, and disposition requests for new MDM data values to ensure data quality.
  • Review existing MDM data for duplicates or errors and submit corrections.
  • Resolve data exceptions by applying data governance rules and documenting decisions.
  • Create test and training datasets in collaboration with data analysts and engineers.
  • Document standard operating procedures for handling data exceptions.
  • Work independently through a Jira backlog of user requests, communicate status, and meet delivery dates.
  • Provide input on backlog creation and due dates.
  • Comply with RxVantage data security policies.
  • Analyze patterns in stewardship requests and data issues to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Build SME knowledge of relevant data domains, sources, and business use cases in healthcare and life sciences.

Requirements

  • Experience working with master data management (MDM) or data stewardship processes.
  • Ability to use secondary research and data analysis to make data disposition decisions.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with analysts, engineers, or other business partners.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a Jira backlog and meet agreed delivery dates.
  • Ability to document procedures and standard operating processes clearly.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security practices.
  • Willingness to learn the business context of life sciences, healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Experience creating test or training datasets for analytics or model development (preferred).
  • Ability to define metrics for stewardship requests versus throughput (preferred).
