Description

  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships with government contracting officers and CORs to align on priorities, deliverables, and program execution.
  • Build, lead, and support high-performing cross-functional teams through collaboration, accountability, mentoring, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve project and operational processes and best practices for Cybersecurity and SOC program management.
  • Lead cybersecurity and SOC tasking and operations, including incident response, monitoring, and day-to-day operational activities.
  • Manage scope changes, risks, and issues, and escalate concerns to the appropriate stakeholders when needed.
  • Translate business and mission requirements into technical and operational solutions that improve cybersecurity and SOC capabilities.
  • Provide regular status reporting and briefings on operations, performance metrics, and program health to leadership.
  • Oversee program financials, resource allocation, and workforce planning for IT and cybersecurity programs.
  • Support execution of large, complex federal IT programs involving cybersecurity, new capability development, and system modernization.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Program Director/Manager delivering Agile programs with emphasis on Cybersecurity and/or SOC initiatives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-tempo Cybersecurity and/or SOC environment.
  • Experience overseeing program financials, resource allocation, and workforce planning for IT and cybersecurity programs.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex IT programs for federal clients.
  • Experience with cybersecurity, new capability development, and system modernization, including big data platforms and multi-system integrations.
  • Strong communication, mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team-building skills.
  • Experience with AI/ML capabilities for cybersecurity operations and analytics is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $174,000–$210,000.
  • Total annual compensation potential of $200,000–$240,000 based on performance.
