Description

  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships with government contracting officers and CORs.
  • Build, lead, and support high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve project and operational processes.
  • Prioritize and manage cybersecurity and SOC tasking, including incident response and monitoring.
  • Evaluate and manage scope changes, risks, and issues, and escalate when needed.
  • Translate business and mission requirements into technical and operational solutions.
  • Provide status reporting and briefings on operations, metrics, and program health.
  • Oversee program financials, resource allocation, and workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Program Director/Manager delivering Agile programs focused on Cybersecurity and/or SOC initiatives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-tempo cybersecurity or SOC environment.
  • Experience overseeing program financials, resource allocation, and workforce planning for IT and cybersecurity programs.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex IT programs for Federal clients.
  • Experience with cybersecurity, new capability development, and system modernization, including big data platforms and multi-system integrations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • AI/ML cybersecurity operations and analytics experience is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $174,000–$210,000.
  • Potential total compensation of $200,000–$240,000 annually based on performance.
