Description

  • Define, design, and supervise the technical architecture of solutions based on intelligent agents and LLMs.
  • Integrate agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and CrewAI into business solutions.
  • Implement MCP and A2A architectures to enable multi-agent coordination and autonomous workflows.
  • Work with the MLOps team on continuous agent deployment, updating, and execution environments.
  • Manage memory, context, and long-term planning for agent-based systems.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, data, and backend teams to translate business needs into agent architectures.
  • Support the integration of tools and protocols needed for autonomous agents and co-pilots.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence projects.
  • 2 years of experience implementing autonomous agents or co-pilots.
  • Fluent technical English.
  • Experience working with business data in accounting, finance, payroll, billing, or ERP domains.
  • Experience with vector stores such as Chroma, Weaviate, or Pinecone.
  • Experience with RAG architectures.
  • Hands-on knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
  • Practical knowledge of MCP and A2A protocols, including tools, memory management, and conversation state.
  • Strong command of Python and experience with FastAPI, asyncio, Pydantic, and asynchronous architectures.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, agent monitoring, and automated retraining.
  • Experience with Golang, Java, or C#/.NET for high-performance components is a plus.
