Deliver customer support through calls, chats, and emails.
Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
Keep up with evolving tools and technology.

Requirements

Native Norwegian and good English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
6+ months of experience in a customer support role.
Experience with CRM systems.
Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
Stable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
Experience in technical support is a plus.
