Description

  • Deliver customer support through calls, chats, and emails.

Requirements

  • Native Norwegian and good English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
  • 6+ months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Experience in technical support is a plus.
