  • Provide timely and professional customer support to Italian-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with messaging app features, account issues, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Resolve user problems efficiently and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to share feedback and improve the customer experience.
  • Stay current on product updates, app functionalities, and company policies.
  • Contribute to team targets and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the technology or app industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and interest in technology.
