Description

  • Assist French-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat with inquiries and product or service information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate customer support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the customer service department.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in remote work or multinational environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation assistance.
  • Positive attitude and dedication to outstanding customer service.
