Requirements

  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is required.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
