  • Provide support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding iRobot products.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem resolution.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Stay updated on iRobot product features, updates, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch, spoken and written, is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in technical customer support, preferably with electronic or robotic products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and support software.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support.
