Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and support requests.
  • Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Record customer interactions, feedback, and case resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior support staff or team leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and uphold brand service standards.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs such as customer satisfaction, response times, and first-contact resolution rates.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaking and writing ability is required.
  • Valid EU passport or the legal right to work in the European Union is mandatory.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Previous experience in customer support, call centre operations, helpdesk support, or a related customer-facing role is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and strong self-discipline.
  • Good working knowledge of English for internal communication, training, and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing platforms, or customer support software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a home-office environment.
