Description

  • Provide customer support to Booking.com customers who speak Croatian via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and related services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and help ensure a positive booking experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Stay updated on Booking.com policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • No prior experience is needed; a willingness to learn is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally are required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new cultural environment is required.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is required.
