Description

  • Reconcile trading affirmation and confirmation platforms.
  • Research and resolve settlement breaks.
  • Manage trade errors between internal and external trading desks.
  • Monitor trade queues and bond product ratings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory rules and support process improvement efforts.
  • Work closely with external trading platform support and account operations teams.
  • Support new product onboarding and system implementation.
  • Manage proxy voting activities.
  • Monitor best execution reports across custodians.
  • Research and resolve client and desk ad hoc inquiries.
  • Execute trades as backup support for the trading desk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an investment management environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional investment management environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and troubleshoot.
  • Knowledge of financial markets.
  • Experience with Orion, Bloomberg, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM MST.
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment with daytime hours, sitting and standing as needed.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced and demanding environment while maintaining strong relationships across teams.

  • Base pay range of $27 to $31 USD per hour.
