Description

  • Send customized outbound brand outreach emails and follow up with non-responders on a regular cadence.
  • Track and maintain brand and deal pipelines in Affinity, including status, stages, and communications.
  • Respond to inbound RFPs and brand inquiries promptly.
  • Build targeted brand outreach lists by vertical and category.
  • Support contract workflows by redlining agreements, tracking versions, storing documents, and coordinating final legal review with Greenroom.
  • Manage and track brand campaign deliverables and confirm client and brand satisfaction after deals close.
  • Assist with invoicing, deal documentation, and CRM updates across Affinity, CreatorIQ, and Airtable.
  • Coordinate scheduling for creator calls, brand meetings, internal pod syncs, and team/client travel or gifting.
  • Manage inbox communications, including filtering messages, sending templated replies, and handling follow-ups.
  • Attend daily stand-ups, take detailed notes, produce status reports, and provide ad hoc operational support as needed.

Requirements

  • High sense of urgency and responsiveness in a fast-moving team environment.
  • Exceptional written communication with strong grammar, concise messaging, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and process-management skills for high-volume work.
  • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and solve problems independently.
  • Even temperament and the ability to stay calm when issues arise.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
  • Familiarity with Affinity CRM, CreatorIQ, or Airtable is preferred.
  • Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or the digital creator economy is preferred.
  • Understanding of social media sponsorships and brand deal structures on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok is preferred.
  • Experience supporting high-volume outreach functions such as sales or partnerships is preferred.
