Description

  • Install, test, and service AssetWatch condition-based monitoring solutions at client sites according to defined specifications.
  • Provide on-site technical support to industrial and manufacturing customers to help ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and repair product installation and communication issues in the field.
  • Review installed Vero product solutions with support from the field coordination team.
  • Maintain installation and field service records accurately and consistently.
  • Manage service tools and inventory to maintain accountability for assigned company assets.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and customer personnel to build trust and cooperation.
  • Support the product development team by evaluating and testing existing and new products.
  • Maintain and submit weekly expense records accurately.
  • Work autonomously while prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and upholding accountability.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in the field service industry is desired.
  • Experience using hand tools, air tools, and large specialized tools specific to the job or project.
  • General knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • General knowledge of industrial electronic systems, including enclosures, cabinets, chassis, electrical connectors, cabling, and mounting hardware.
  • Familiarity with industrial networking equipment and protocols.
  • Familiarity with vibration analysis and environmental testing, including vibration and shock, is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance, commissioning new systems, and repairing associated equipment is preferred but not required.
  • OSHA 10 certification is required; OSHA 30 is preferred and can be provided after hiring.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% locally and regionally, including overnight and air travel, and work occasional weekends and off hours.
