Description

  • Build and maintain coaching modules, advisor field guides, and program playbooks for the Relationship Expansion offerings.
  • Own version control and distribution of program materials to ensure content is current, accurate, and field-ready.
  • Develop and iterate on advisor-facing tools such as conversation frameworks, opportunity one-pagers, and session preparation guides.
  • Support onboarding content for M&A-integrated advisors entering Relationship Expansion programs.
  • Manage advisor and Managing Partner engagement records, including session notes, follow-ups, outcomes, and continuity between touchpoints.
  • Prepare advisor session briefs for field leadership using opportunity data, practice context, and prior session notes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the field team and the Business Insights analyst for SOW and Relationship Expansion reporting.
  • Manage scheduled and ad hoc reporting on market engagement health, pipeline volume, conversion tracking, and advisor activity.
  • Ensure Opportunity Engine 2.0 and Aspen enhancements align with advisor behavior standards and support the program approach.
  • Maintain HTML-based field tools and document program processes, operational runbooks, and internal updates to support scale and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in program management, financial services operations, advisor enablement, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting a field-facing team or advisor development program strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build structured learning content, playbooks, or program curricula.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex advisory concepts into clear, field-ready language.
  • Comfort working with BI outputs and reporting tools; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Experience with advisor platforms such as eMoney, Aspen, or Salesforce-adjacent tools is preferred.
  • Comfort with web-based tools; HTML or structured content familiarity is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented and systems-driven, with the ability to manage multiple active markets and workstreams.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills across BI, technology, and field teams.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Availability during standard business hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.
  • Non-exempt role requiring daily timekeeping at the start and end of each workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch period.

  • Base salary range of $106,250 to $125,000 USD.
