Description

  • Draft correspondence to wealth management teams and clients.
  • Support an estate planning strategist throughout the estate planning process.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and manage client correspondence.
  • Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination for the strategist.
  • Answer phones and provide general client and team support.
  • Maintain estate planning documents and coordinate estate planning reviews.
  • Serve as a liaison between estate planning specialists, wealth management teams, and clients.
  • Maintain client files and prepare and finalize meeting notes.
  • Complete general administrative tasks and other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some experience in a legal setting, law firm, or in-house environment preferred.
  • Outstanding work ethic with a self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver multiple tasks on time.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with all matters.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment.
  • Availability to work standard business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment or dedicated home office workspace with minimal interruptions.
