Description

  • Submit and track vendor quote requests, including local loop and last-mile pricing.
  • Follow up with vendors on quotes, commercial details, orders, documentation, milestones, and outstanding actions.
  • Track vendor response times, delivery commitments, and network order progress, escalating risks when necessary.
  • Create and manage network orders through internal systems, vendor portals, and deployment tools such as Forge.
  • Review and archive network documentation, including KMZ/KML files, LOAs, CFAs, FOCs, circuit designs, service IDs, and handoff details.
  • Monitor delivery across site surveys, design, provisioning, testing, and activation.
  • Maintain accurate updates in Jira and other internal tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Network Strategy on risks, capacity challenges, and operational issues.
  • Support hardware and licensing renewals, upgrades, vendor escalations, and reporting.
  • Provide cross-functional support across network strategy, procurement, engineering, and operations.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in telecommunications, IT operations, vendor support, service delivery, procurement coordination, or relevant graduate/internship experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management and tracking tools.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, vendor portals, trackers, and internal workflow tools.
  • Interest in telecommunications, network infrastructure, data centers, fiber networks, or vendor management.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment.
