Description

  • Support order intake, sales growth, and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up on commercial opportunities and support account development.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
  • Work with customers, channel partners, and internal teams on quotations and customer requests.
  • Deliver on-site presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in Salesforce.
  • Share customer feedback internally within Medis.
  • Represent Medis at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, biomedical imaging, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Medical IT, imaging, hospitals, clinics, cardiology, radiology, or a complex B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare trends, industry standards, and hospital environments.
  • Commercial drive and motivation to grow business in the assigned territory.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and confident in speaking and presenting to customers.
  • Proactive, hands-on, eager to learn, and able to build strong customer relationships.
