Description

  • Conduct strategy sessions and consultations by video or phone with prospective clients who have already expressed interest in the firm.
  • Assess asylum eligibility during consultations, with training provided by the firm.
  • Persuasively communicate the value of the firm’s services in an empathetic, honest, and high-stakes setting.
  • Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text to ensure viable prospects are not lost.
  • Maintain detailed notes and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed conversion goals while providing a strong client experience.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to improve the consultation process and client onboarding.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Demonstrated excellence in B2C sales, ideally in a services industry.
  • Strong, empathetic communication skills and the ability to connect deeply with clients.
  • Ability to stay composed and effective under pressure in sensitive, high-stakes conversations.
  • Open to feedback, quick to adapt, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Highly organized and disciplined, with comfort managing a digital sales pipeline.
  • Passion for the mission of helping immigrants secure their future in the United States.
  • Ability to work from home with a quiet space, fast internet, and self-discipline.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly as consultation processes change frequently.
  • Willingness for infrequent travel to the United States for in-person training.

Benefits

  • Annual OTE of USD $30,000–$40,000, with a 40% base and 60% commission split, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
